I am very excited to offer this transformative painting retreat in Nidderdale, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. This expressive landscape painting retreat will allow you to: • Relax, restore, recharge through painting • Engage in playful exploration of the wonderful medium of watercolour • Learn and practise fun experimental techniques to create atmosphere and texture • Connect with the landscape – and through this process, connect with yourself The retreat takes place over three days, Thursday 10th July 6pm to Sunday 2pm 13th July 2025 in the beautiful, inspirational landscape around Well House Stean. Cash in person is also possible. About Your Tutor After thirty years as a secondary teacher working around the world, I decided to follow my true passion for painting. Since July 2024 I have been teaching art full time. My aim in my teaching is that you learn skills and techniques to enjoy painting in watercolour, and also that you have a restorative, relaxing time playing with colour and texture.
