Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy

We know that things happen and sometimes you have to cancel through no fault of your own. If that does happen and you find you need to cancel your place on a workshop for any reason the following refund policy applies:

if you cancel up to 7 days' prior to the workshop commencing, no payment is due. If you have paid already you will be offered a place on another workshop of your choice, provided there is space. If no suitable alternative can be found, then you will be offered a refund less £5 administration fee.

If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the commencement of the workshop, 50% of the fee is payable.
If you cancel after 48 hours prior to the workshop, full payment is due.

If we have to cancel the workshop for any reason, you will be offered the choice of joining an alternative workshop to the same value as that cancelled, or a full refund.
