Demonstrating a deep love of the vistas, seascapes and landscape of the countryside, Ione’s art explores the metaphysical and spiritual truth of landscape and our place within it. A celebration of colour, light and form, her semi-abstract paintings incorporate the textures and patterns of hill, wood and coastline, inspired by nostalgia, the subconscious and deep-seated connection to the land and sea.
