Introduction to Watercolour: A Relaxed Taster Workshop Have you ever wanted to try watercolour but felt unsure where to begin? This friendly and welcoming two-hour workshop is the perfect introduction to the beautiful and expressive medium of watercolour. Using a limited colour palette and plenty of loose wet-into-wet painting, you'll explore how to create atmospheric effects, soft blends and flowing colour while developing confidence and enjoying the process of painting. The emphasis of the workshop is very much on play, experimentation and relaxation rather than perfection, making it ideal for complete beginners as well as anyone wanting to rediscover their creativity in a supportive environment. By the end of the session, you'll have created your own atmospheric watercolour painting to take home. Her aim is to help people develop confidence and enjoyment in painting while providing a supportive, mindful and inspiring environment in which to learn.
